From 1 August 2007 most residential properties with more than four bedrooms being sold in England and Wales require a Home Information Pack, and the Energy Performance Certificate forms a key part of that pack. The Government has pledged to extend that requirement to smaller properties towards the end of the year.

MSW Surveys Limited is run by Michael Wride. Michael holds the ABBE Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment, and is qualified to carry out energy performance inspections on a wide range of residential properties.

MSW Surveys are currently working from offices in South West London, but are able to fulfil inspection requirements across a much wider area.
